What do we MTF Heterosexual crossdressers call the just Heterosexual people?  Other groups have terms for the main stream such as nillas or vanillas in the BDSM community.  I have heard all sort of ones out of the gay community including breeders.  Have we developed a term for heterosexual non CDing people?
